Summer in the pulp mills

Summer is a time when many mills shut down to perform annual plant maintenance. With lumber prices and housing starts at current levels, mills might have considered additional time off to tighten lumber supplies a bit. Pulp-production needs outweighing the need to limit lumber production so plants are coming back on line.
