Purchase of own shares

According to the pressrelease from 18th of March Norske Skog has bought 150,000 own shares at a price of NOK 12.36 per share. Norske Skog's own holding amounts to 844,090 shares after this purchase. 

The purchase is done under the authorization to buy back up to 10 % of the shares, given by the Annual General Meeting. The shares will in the near future be used in connection with the employee share scheme, and they will not be cancelled.

Norske Skog has bought 400,000 own shares at a price of NOK 12.67 per share. Norske Skog's own holding amounts to 694,090 shares after this purchase.
The purchase is done under the authorization to buy back up to 10 % of the shares, given by the Annual General Meeting. The shares will in the near future be used in connection with the employee share scheme, and they will not be cancelled.
