Pulp prices and thoughts about the Chinese competition

According to this article from Canada pulp prices retreated starting in late 2008. Pulp and paper prices will rebound, maybe as early as 2010. Rick Doman a former president and CEO of Doman Industries Ltd fears the Chinese competition...
The Squamish pulp mill will probably be rebuilt in China one day and if this occurs they would now have a pulp mill at a very low cost. They will  import raw logs and wood chips from B.C. and compete in the world markets with a former low-cost B.C. pulp mill and, potentially, our resources....
