Gothenburg Landvetter Airport use new biofuel produced from forest

Gothenburg Landvetter Airport is now taking another step in its environmental work at the airport all  diesel vehicles, the new ACP Evolution diesel in the tanks writes Flygtorget.se.  ACP Evolution Diesel is a new biofuel produced by Swedish forest raw materials.The raw material is pine oil, the residue of the Swedish forest industry and the manufacture of paper pulp.The final product is renewable to 25 percent.
ACP Evolution Diesel is produced by Preem Petroleum AB, which is Swedavia supplier of gas. Preem was the first in the world to produce green diesel from wood raw material in industrial scale.

Reduced carbon emissions and dependence on fossil fuels are two important parts of Gothenburg Landvetter Airport's  environmental goals. To manage land transport in the most environmentally friendly way as possible is one means of achieving these goals.
