Forest companies in Sweden are buying forestry machinery on a larger scale

John Deere increased its market share
Forest companies SCA, Stora Enso and Sveaskog are now buying forest machinery on a larger scale than before and they mainly buy  John Deere forwarders according to a pressrelese from Elmia. It is quite significant trend when machine registration details of the first two months are analyzed by the website skotarkartan.se.

A total of 52 forwarders registered during January and February 2011 and of these, 30 pieces of John Deere, which thus increased its market share significantly. Among the smaller producers both Gremo which is on therise again and the EcoLog get increased market shares. Rottne is stable around its 15 per cent.
