Domsjö Fabriker invests 300 million SEK

Domsjö Fabriker in Ornskoldsvik invests 300 million SEK in developing the biorefinery. New appointments are expected in the long run. Fifteen years ago the business was threatened with closure. Now the picture is completely different. 

- Now we are in the front line and has a strong position. During the years 2000-2009 850 million SEK was invested in the facility and the Board's ambition with the additional spending is continuing the development of the facility. The investment package will fit the modernization of equipment in the wood room, and the construction of an additional drying of lignin. Doubling of drying capacity with greater potential to improve the quality and value product.
