SocialLuxe Lounge is an annual "primp and pamper" party held the night before BlogHer, the largest blogging conference for women in the world. In 2009, the SocialLuxe Lounge attracted over 500 bloggers, making it the most talked about and successful outside event of the conference weekend. SocialLuxe Lounge will be hosted by Allison Czarnecki (Petit Elefant), Marie LeBaron (Make and Takes) and Jane Maynard (This Week for Dinner).

Influential and uber popular bloggers Allison Czarnecki (Petit Elefant), Marie LeBaron (Make and Takes) and Jane Maynard (This Week for Dinner) will once again host the annual "primp and pamper" party Thursday, August 5th in New York.

"The SocialLuxe Lounge provides a unique opportunity for companies to engage on a personal level with influencers in the social media community," said party co-host Allison Czarnecki, Founder and Editor of Petit Elefant. "Pampering women is an ideal way to get their attention, and with the sponsors we have lined up for this year's event, we should be well equipped to make that happen."

"Avery Dennison is sponsoring this year's SocialLuxe Lounge and help recognize some of the country's top women bloggers," said Joyce Munoz, group manager, digital marketing, Avery Dennison Office Products. "These women are shining examples of bloggers who create true value for their readership by providing superior content."

Yummie Tummie, Cambria Cove, 1800Flowers, Aveda and OPI are also sponsoring the event, in addition to a host of swag sponsors.

The event will not only indulge bloggers with good food and spa treatments, but it will honor them with the second annual BlogLuxe Awards. The awards present an opportunity for bloggers to spotlight the best blogs in eight different categories.
