Rörviks Timber AB

Rörvik Timber AB (publ) conducts wood processing operations in southern Sweden. The annual sales are approximately SEK 1,9 billion, of which exports constitute approximately 40 percent. The business operations are organized into four business segments: Timber, Raw Materials, Pressure Impregnation and Wood Products. All sales, excluding bi-products and raw material, are handled from the sales company.
The Group is engaged in the processing of wood at nine production units in southern Sweden. Its business activities are carried out in two business segments, BusSeg Timber and BusSeg Råvara (BusSeg Raw Materials).
* BusSeg Timber, which includes the Group’s 6 sawmills, two subcontracting pressure impregnation units and the units for batten and joint glue.
* BusSeg Råvara (BusSeg Raw Materials), which includes the Group’s acquisition of raw materials for our own sawmills and trading activities. BS Wood Products ceased activities, in connection with the sale of the business activities in Jabo Wood Products.

Rörvik Timber is under reconstruction. In order to collect rawmaterial during this process the company have  gone out with an offer about 740 SEK/m3to, free industry for normal timber. If you want to convert this into a m3fub price you first must multiply by 0.81 (according to Practical forest Manual) and deduct the cost of transport as varies, we would guess at about 60 £. There will be a price on 540 kr/m3fub and with a cash payment of 90%.  (Source Danskebank September 2009).
